                               RESOLUTION NO. 20903
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 
                  CONTRACT WITH CHATTANOOGA VALLEY AUDIO AND 
                  VIDEO CONSULTING, RELATIVE TO THE BESSIE SMITH 
                  HALL, SO AS TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY 
                  ONE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND 
                  21/100 DOLLARS ($1,236.21).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 
       amendment to the Contract with Chattanooga Valley Audio and Video 
       Consulting, relative to the Bessie Smith Hall, so as to increase 
       the contract amount by $1,236.21, for a revised total contract 
       price of $18,983.19.
